This is how our WTW unit installation procedure works.
From the request to the quote to the aftercare, we are here to assist you. We are happy to arrange everything according to your preferences, provide explanations, and offer suitable advice for your living situation.
No unexpected costs with us. In our quote, we provide an all-inclusive price, which includes VAT and travel expenses for all our rates.
Our WTW unit installation procedure
After you have provided us with the necessary information to choose the appropriate Heat Recovery Unit, we will provide you with a customized quote.
This quote includes not only the unit but also a fixed installation price. This price includes full service, such as removing the old installation, connecting the ventilation ducts to your new unit, measuring, and adjusting the unit.
After your approval and scheduling an appointment, we will visit you to install the unit and fully adjust it for optimal performance.
During our work, we will take photos of the before/after situation, which we would be happy to share with you if you are interested. After our work is completed, we will provide you with a clear explanation of your system, and everything will be neatly cleaned up and left in a clean condition.

Quotation
Our quotation is all-in
price. Namely: WTW-unit,
Including: WTW unit, connection materials, installation costs, inspection of the ducts/ventilation hoses and connections, measurement and adjustment of the new WTW unit, removal of the old WTW unit. Additionally, we offer you a service subscription for periodic maintenance of the WTW unit.
Planning
After approval, the scheduling department will contact you to schedule the installation appointment.
Installation
We will come with 2 technicians to install the new WTW unit. All connections will be inspected and adjusted if necessary. We will provide you with a clear explanation of your system. We will take all packaging materials and the old unit/materials with us.
